摘　　要：煤矿关闭退出政策是当前国家能源结构优化调整的需要,是改善生态环境、高效快速发展经济的要求,但煤矿关闭退出留下许多后续问题,如:地质灾害、环境污染、生态破坏、安全隐患、社会稳定等,制约了当地的经济发展,损害了当地人民群众的切身利益,激化了社会矛盾,形成了一个个难题与困局。对出现的这些问题,提出了一些处理意见和思考,借此以引起社会关注,企业用心,政府重视。Aiming at the follow-up problems after coal mine closedown,the paper proposes the corresponding handling suggestions-the unified scientific planning of avoiding resources waster and guaranteeing energy safety,the introduction of policies and measures of operable development and utilization and ecological environment restoration,the determination of closedown and acceptance in conformity with the national regulations,the introduction of social capital and the formulation of reasonable compensation policy according to the opinion of supervision department and coal mine owners.
