摘  要:针对喷射混凝土不能明显提高巷道支护强度的缺陷,探讨使用水泥浆复合喷浆技术。以素水泥浆为喷浆介质,在水泥浆中按照一定比例掺入纤维材料,使用大流量柱塞泵将水泥浆混合液喷射至受喷面,从而实现对围岩的封闭、稳固,防止围岩风化的目的。与传统喷射混凝土相比,水泥浆复合喷浆技术节能环保,极大的降低了对水泥、河沙及石子的消耗,大范围推广将对环境保护工作产生积极的推动作用。In view of the fact that shotcrete can not significantly improve the strength of roadway support,cement slurry composite shotcreting technology is discussed in the article.The cement slurry is used as the spray medium,and the fiber material is blended into the cement slurry according to a certain ratio.The large-flow plunger pump is used to spray the cement slurry mixture onto the sprayed surface,thereby achieving the sealing and stabilization of the surrounding rock and preventing the surrounding rock weathering.Compared with traditional shotcrete,the cement slurry combined spray technology is energy-saving and environmentally friendly,which greatly reduces the consumption of cement,river sand and stones.The wide-scale promotion will play a positive role in promoting environmental protection.
