摘　　要：以江西省丰城市乡镇煤矿为例,通过分析矿井通风安全管理现状,找出存在的安全隐患,提出对策建议:加强技术基础工作,健全完善以总工程师(技术负责人)为首的技术管理体系;加强通风系统管理,确保系统合理、稳定、可靠;加强局部通风机管理;按要求设置通风设施,加强通风设施检查维护,确保通风系统完善安全可靠;加强对密闭的管理;重新委托有资质的中介机构进行1次矿井通风阻力测定,对矿井风量进行合理调节与分配;矿井通风等积孔偏小,应采取措施降低通风阻力措施;规范主要通风机的管理。Taking the existing township coal mines in Fengcheng City of Jiangxi Province as an example,the paper analyzes the status quo of mine ventilation safety management,finds out the potential safety hazards,and proposes the following countermeasures:Strengthen the technical basic work,improve and perfect the technical management system headed by the chief engineer(technical director);strengthen ventilation system management to ensure that the system is reasonable,stable and reliable;strengthen local fan management;set ventilation facilities as required,strengthen inspection and maintenance of ventilation facilities,and ensure that the ventilation system is safe and reliable;strengthen the management of the containment;re-trust a qualified intermediary to conduct a mine ventilation resistance measurement and rationally adjust and distribute the mine air volume;take measures to reduce ventilation resistance;and standardize the management of main fans.
