摘　　要：以江西省丰城市现有乡镇煤矿为例,通过分析立井提升机使用过程中存在的安全隐患,提出风险管控措施建议。丰城市乡镇煤矿立井提升系统安全风险管控措施包括:加强技术培训,提高队伍素质;加大安全投入,提高装备水平;加强提升运输设备的日常管理;强化现场管理,提高管理水平;加强对在用提升设备的强制性定期检测检验工作,加大事故隐患的监管处罚力度;对提升机房噪声超标的应对机房进行有效的隔音措施,机房的光照度应以人眼的舒适度为标准来调节。Taking the existing township coal mines in Fengcheng City of Jiangxi Province as an example,the paper proposes risk management and control measures by analyzing the hidden dangers in the use of vertical shaft hoists,which includes the following:Strengthen technical training and improve the quality of the team;increase safety investment and improve equipment level;strengthen the daily management of transportation equipment;strengthen on-site management and improve management level;strengthen the mandatory periodic inspection and inspection work for lifting equipment in use,and increase the supervision and punishment of hidden dangers;and take effective noise prevention measures and adjust illuminance for computer room.
