摘  要:分析讨论了曲板夹角均匀分布、互成120°的大型六拐曲轴的锻造成形工艺及其在生产制造过程中的控制方法。所锻六拐曲轴曲板之间角度控制准确,杆与曲板之间无脱节,锻件外观质量和内部质量均符合标准要求。The forging process and control method of large six-throw crankshaft with uniform distribution of intersection angle 120° of curved plate have been analyzed and discussed. The angles between the forged six-throw crankshaft curved plates have been controlled accurately,and there is no disconnection between the rod and the curved plate. The appearance quality and internal quality of forgings meet the requirements of the standard.
