摘  要:在差温炉设备优化改造的基础上,通过运用数值模拟与试验件实际测温相结合的研究手段,优化了差温热处理工艺。进行了Cr5锻钢支承辊差温热处理生产试制,对支承辊工作层进行了组织、硬度等检测分析,结果显示实现了支承辊“无硬度降”的研究目标。On the basis of the optimization and transformation of the differential temperature furnace equipment,the differential temperature heat treatment process has been optimized by means of the combination of the numerical simulation and the actual temperature measurement of the test piece. Differential temperature heat treatment has been carried out for the trial manufacture of Cr5 forged steel back-up roll,and the microstructure and hardness of working layer of the back-up roll has been tested and analyzed. The results show that the research goal of the back-up roll without hardness drop has been realized.
