快速城镇化地区公路网发展策略研究——以西咸新区为例

摘　　要：该文以西咸新区为例,在充分借鉴上海嘉定区、苏南张家港、佛山南海区等城市化相对成熟地区的发展经验的基础上,结合西咸新区当前发展实际情况以及未来发展趋势,探索研究了正处于快速城镇化阶段的西咸新区公路网包括理顺体制、兼顾内外、统筹全域、突出特色以及协调近远五大发展策略,为西咸新区未来城市发展提供支撑,也为其他正处于或即将进入快速城镇化地区的交通发展提供参考。On the basis of fully drawing lessons from the development experience of relatively mature urbanization areas such as Jiading District of Shanghai,Zhangjiagang District of South Jiangsu Province,Nanhai District of Foshan,and combining with the current and future development of Xixian New Area,this paper explores the highway network of Xixian New Area in the stage of rapid urbanization,including straightening out the system,taking into account both internal and external factors,coordinating the whole region and sudden development.It also provides support for the future urbanization of Xixian New Area,and provides reference for the traffic development of other areas which are in or about to enter the rapid urbanization area.
