摘  要:目的:分析研究MAP液与生理盐水洗涤红细胞的质量变化,以供洗涤红细胞技术手段提供参考。方法:抽取2018年2月—2019年2月保存期内的悬浮少量白细胞红细胞2U共100袋进行本次研究,使用无菌接驳机分为两组,每份均为1U。其中一组制备生理盐水洗涤红细胞,一组使用MAP液洗涤红细胞,对比两组红细胞质量及洗涤红细胞内腺苷酸含量。结果:MAP液洗涤红细胞与生理盐水洗涤红细胞的血红蛋白含量、上清蛋白含量及溶血率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MAP组洗涤红细胞内ATP及ADP含量高于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MAP组洗涤红细胞AMP低于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MAP洗涤红细胞质量稳定,且符合国家标准,并较好地维持了腺苷酸能量,适合应用于临床。Objective:To analyze the quality changes of MAP solution and physiological saline washed red blood cells,and provide reference for the technical means of washing red blood cells.Methods:A total of 100 bags of 2U of red blood cells in suspension from February 2018 to February 2019 were used for the study.They were divided into two groups using sterile feeders,each of which was 1U.One group prepared physiological saline to wash red blood cells,and one group used MAP to wash red blood cells,and compared the red blood cell quality of the two groups and the adenosine content in the washed red blood cells.Results:There was no significant difference in hemoglobin content,supernatant protein content and hemolysis rate between MAP-washed erythrocytes and saline-washed erythrocytes(P>0.05).The content of ATP and ADP in MAP-washed erythrocytes was higher than that in saline-washed erythrocytes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the AMP in MAP-washed erythrocytes was lower than that in saline-washed erythrocytes,the differenc was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of MAP-washed red blood cells is stable and meets national standards,and the adenosine energy is well maintained,which is suitable for clinical application.
