摘  要:目的探讨米诺地尔对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞内钙离子及MDA浓度的影响。方法体外原代培养增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,将0.5mmol/L、1.0mmol/L的米诺地尔分别作用于增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞48h后,分别利用双激发波长荧光分光光度计、MDA试剂盒检测细胞内游离钙离子及MDA浓度。结果0.5mmol/L、1.0mmol/L的米诺地尔作用于增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞后,细胞内钙离子及MDA浓度均降低(P<0.05)。结论米诺地尔可能通过降低细胞内的钙离子及MDA浓度而抑制增生性瘢痕成纤维增值。Objective To study the effect of minoxidil on the concentration of calciumion and MDA in the hypertrophic scar fibroblasts. Methods The hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were primanly cultured in vitro and were treated with 0.5 mmol/L, 1.0 mmol/L minoxidil for 48 h, and the concentration of calciumion and free radical were measured with dual excitation wavelength fluorescence spectrophotometer and MDA-kit. Results The concentration of calciumion and MDA in hypertrophic scar fibroblasts which were added minoxidil(0.5、1.0 mmol/L) decreased markedly in contrast with the control groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Minoxidil could inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts by reducing the concentration of calciumion and MDA.
