摘 要:靶向热敏脂质体是近年来新兴起的一种新型药物载体,其以低毒、靶向、高效等优点受到相关研究者们越来越多的关注。为了进一步提高抗肿瘤药物的靶向性、治疗效果和生物利用度,更多功能更多新靶点的热敏脂质体出现,且在肿瘤的光热治疗中扮演着重要角色。将其与光热治疗相结合,可进一步提高肿瘤的治疗效果。经过查阅和整理近年来国内外相关文献,综述当前主动靶向热敏脂质体的研究现状并展望其在肿瘤光热治疗中的发展前景。Targeting thermosensitive liposome is a new type of drug carrier emerging in recent years,which has attracted more and more attention from researchers in terms of its low toxicity,targeting and high efficiency.In order to further improve the targeting,curative effects and bioavailability of anti-tumor drugs,thermosensitive liposomes with more functions and new targets appear,which play an important role in photothermal therapy for tumors.Combining it with photothermal therapy can further improve curative effects in treatment of tumors.After reviewing and collating relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,this paper reviews the current research status of active targeting thermosensitive liposomes and prospects its development prospects in tumor photothermal therapy.
