温经汤治疗经产妇女月经病实寒症的临床疗效与安全性考察

摘　　要：目的考察温经汤治疗经产妇女月经病实寒症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年2月~2018年6月在我院治疗的月经病实寒症患者110例,采用随机数字表法分为温经汤组(55例)和常规治疗组(55例),常规治疗组患者给予常规治疗,温经汤组患者给予温经汤,比较两组患者治疗前后的生殖激素水平、子宫血流动力学及卵巢相关指标。结果治疗前,两组患者的生殖激素水平、子宫血流动力学及卵巢相关指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,与常规治疗组相比,温经汤组患者的E2、LH和FSH的水平均显著升高(P<0.05);经治疗后,与常规治疗组相比,温经汤组患者的PI和RI显著降低,PSV、SFD、AFC及OVVOL显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温经汤治疗经产女性的月经病实寒症的临床效果较好,能够提高患者的雌激素水平,并改善其子宫及卵巢功能。Objective To observe clinical curative effects and safety of Wenjing decoction in treatment of parous women with excess cold of emmeniopathy.Methods 110 patients with excess cold of emmeniopathy who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into Wenjing decoction group(55 cases)and routine treatment group(55 cases).Patients in the routine treatment group were given routine treatment while patients in Wenjing decoction group were given Wenjing decoction.The reproductive hormone levels,uterine hemodynamics and ovarian related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in reproductive hormone levels,uterine hemodynamics and ovarian related indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the routine treatment group,the level of E2,LH and FSH of the Wenjing decoction group were all significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the routine treatment group,the PI and RI of the Wenjing decoction group were significantly decreased,and the PSV,SFD,AFC and OVVOL were significantly increased.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction in treatment of parous women with excess cold of emmeniopathy has good clinical curative effects.It can improve the level of estrogenic hormone and the function of uterus and ovarian.
