原因不明复发性流产患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子、M-CSF、封闭抗体检查价值分析

摘　　要：目的观察Th1/Th2型细胞因子、M-CSF(巨噬细胞集落刺激因子)、封闭抗体检查在原因不明复发性流产患者中的价值。方法临床资料采集2017年10月~2018年10月妇产科诊治的80例URSA患者(设观察组),另选取我院80例正常妊娠女性(设正常妊娠组),对两组Th1/Th2型细胞因子、M-CSF、封闭抗体进行检测,比较两组检测情况。结果观察组治疗后URSA的TNF-α(27.69±8.96)pg/mL、INF-γ(28.16±5.25)pg/mL、IL-2(25.76±8.56)pg/mL均高于正常妊娠组、治疗后正常妊娠水平,IL-4(2.19±0.86)pg/mL、IL-6(4.09±1.14)pg/mL、IL-10(1.35±0.33)pg/mL及M-CSF(89.77±8.68)pg/mL均低于正常妊娠组、治疗后正常妊娠水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前BA阳性率11.25%比正常妊娠组85.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后URSA的BA阳性率52.50%低于正常妊娠组85.00%、治疗后正常妊娠87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Th1/Th2型细胞因子、M-CSF、封闭抗体与原因不明复发性流产存在密切联系,其中Th1细胞因子表达高,Th2细胞因子及M-CSF表达性低,封闭抗体阳性率低时,易引起流产。Objective To observe the values of examinations of Th1/Th2 cytokines,M-CSF(macrophage colonystimulating factor)and blocking antibodies in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with URSA who were diagnosed in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were collected and they were set as the observation group.80 normal pregnant women were set as the normal pregnancy group.Th1/Th2 cytokines,M-CSF and blocking antibodies of two groups were detected.Detection results were compared between two groups.Results TNF-α(27.69±8.96)pg/mL,INF-γ(28.16±5.25)pg/mL and IL-2(25.76±8.56)pg/mL of patients with URSA in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the normal pregnancy group and normal pregnancy levels after treatment.IL-4(2.19±0.86)pg/mL,IL-6(4.09±1.14)pg/mL,IL-10(1.35±0.33)pg/mL and M-CSF(89.77±8.68)pg/mL of patients with URSA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the normal pregnancy group and normal pregnancy levels after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BA positive rate of the observation group before treatment was 11.25%,lower than 85.00%of the normal pregnancy group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BA positive rate of URSA in the observation group was 52.50%lower than that in the normal pregnancy group(85.00%)and that of normal pregnancy after treatment(87.50%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Th1/Th2 cytokines,M-CSF and blocking antibodies are closely related to unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.High expression of Th1 cytokines,low expressions of Th2 cytokines and M-CSF and low positive rate of blocking antibodies are easy to cause abortion.
