摘  要:地理国情监测是一项重大国情国力调查,是掌握地表自然、生态以及人类活动情况的基础性工作,是了解国情、把握国事、制定国策的重要战略性工作。本文面向北京城市特点,阐述地理国情监测目标、监测范围、监测内容,介绍北京市地理国情监测技术方法和监测成果,并通过实际案例,分析地理国情监测成果服务应用于城市总体规划编制与实施、违法建筑治理、背街小巷整治、重大工程建设等城市规划和建设领域应用效果,取得了不错的社会经济效益,北京市地理国情监测技术及应用对其他城市具有参考意义。Geographical national condition monitoring is a major national situation and national strength investigation.It is a basic work to master the natural,ecological and human activities of the surface.It is an important strategic work to understand the national conditions,grasp the state affairs,and formulate national policies.This paper is aimed at the characteristics of Beijing cities,expounds the geographical monitoring objectives,monitoring scope,monitoring content,introduces the technical methods and monitoring results of Beijing’s national conditions monitoring,and analyzes the application of geographic national conditions monitoring results services to the overall planning and implementation of urban planning through actual cases.The application of urban planning and construction in illegal building management,back-street alley politics,major engineering construction,etc.has achieved good social and economic benefits.The geographical monitoring technology and application of geography have reference significance for other cities.
