揿针疗法在骨科常见慢性疼痛性疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察揿针疗法在骨科常见慢性疼痛疾病中的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月~2019年1月在我院骨科慢性疼痛性疾病患者160例,行腧穴埋针法治疗,观察临床治疗总有效率及随访6个月复发率。结果揿针疗法治疗骨科常见慢性疼痛性疾病总有效率为92.50%,其中治愈88例,好转60例,无效12例。随访6个月总复发率为4.38%,其中颈型颈椎病、肱骨内上髁炎未见复发病例,肱骨外上髁炎、桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎各复发1例,膝关节骨性关节炎内侧关节间隙疼痛复发5例。结论揿针疗法治疗骨科常见慢性疼痛性疾病,操作简单、安全有效,不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sputum acupuncture in common chronic pain diseases in orthopedics.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic painful diseases in our department from February 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the follow-up rate of 6 months were observed.Results The total effective rate of common acupuncture treatment for chronic painful diseases in orthopedics was 92.50%,of which 88 cases were cured,60 cases were improved,and 12 cases were ineffective.The total recurrence rate was 4.38%after 6 months of follow-up.Among them,cervical spondylosis and sacral epicondylitis had no recurrence,1 case of humeral epicondylitis and tibial styloid stenosis tenosynovitis,knee osteoarthritis There were 5 cases of pain in the medial joint space.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment is a common chronic painful disease in orthopedics.It is simple,safe and effective,with few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
