摘　　要：随着建筑工业化发展,住宅产业化的大力推广,整体卫浴作为建筑部品应用越来越广泛。其产品质量的认证越来越得到人们的重视,而作为建筑部品,其认证过程中可能出现的产品风险区别于一般的建材产品。为提高整体浴室部品认证的有效性和完整性,合理控制认证风险,保障获证部品的质量安全,本文通过详实的现场调研、专家访谈和资料调研,总结出整体卫浴认证中的14类风险要素。并以SMC材料产品为例,运用风险矩阵的方法,将认证的各类风险的定性评价转为定量评价,实现整体卫浴产品质量认证的主要风险识别和评价,提高风险管理的效率。With the development of industrialization of buildings and the promotion of industrialization of houses,the overall bathroom has been widely used as building parts.Product quality certification is getting more and more attention..As a building component,the product risks that may arise during the certification process are different from the general building materials.In order to improve the validity and integrity of the overall bathroom product certification,reasonably control the certification risk and ensure the quality and safety of the certified parts,based on detailed on-site research,expert interviews and data research,the report summarizes 14 kinds of risk factors in the whole bathroom certification.Taking SMC material products as an example,the qualitative evaluation of various risks of certification is transformed into quantitative evaluation by using the method of risk matrix,so as to realize the main risk identification and evaluation of overall sanitary ware product quality certification and improve the efficiency of risk management.
