摘　　要：基于节支降耗的煤炭企业闭合式物资管控模式是指在物资需求计划、到货验收、领用审批、库存管理、现场使用、回收复用、修旧利废、报废处置等各个环节,实现物资全过程、闭合式管理,规范物资管控流程,堵塞物资管理漏洞,提高物资使用效率,确保物资投入科学合理,从而达到节支降耗、降低生产成本、提高企业效益的目的。因此,论文对基于节支降耗的煤炭企业闭合式物资管控模式进行了分析和探讨。The closed material management and control mode of coal enterprises based on cost-saving and consumption-reducing refers to the whole process and closed management of materials in various links such as material demand planning,acceptance and acceptance of goods arrival,approval of acquisition,inventory management,on-site use,recycling and reuse,repairing and utilizing waste,disposal of scrap and so on.The mode realizes standardizing material management and control process,plugging material management loopholes,improving material utilization efficiency,ensuring scientific and rational material input,thus achieving the goal of cost-saving and consumption-reducing,reducing production costs and improving enterprise efficiency.Therefore,the paper analyzes and discusses the closed material management and control mode of coal enterprises based on cost-saving and consumption-reducing.
