摘　　要：论文主要通过阐述飞机维修管理的相关情况,详细分析了飞机维修管理过程中的生产计划以及控制,介绍了维修计划的合理制定以及计划有效执行的策略等内容,希望能为我国飞机维修行业的发展有所启示。This paper mainly elaborates the relevant situation of aircraft maintenance management,analyzes in detail the production planning and control in the process of aircraft maintenance management,and introduces the reasonable formulation of maintenance planning and the strategy of effective implementation of the planning,hoping to provide some inspiration for the development of aircraft maintenance industry in China.
