摘　　要：高等院校必须坚持我国的自主创新计划,为构建创新型国家而奋斗,建设创新型国家时要负担起培养人才的重任。论文思考了管理高校教育的工作该如何进行,管理高校的教育方式需要秉承人的主体地位、因材施教、尊重学生个性以及共同点,需要有创新精神的人。Colleges and universities must adhere to the independent innovation plan of China and strive to build an innovative country.When we build an innovative country,we should bear the responsibility of cultivating talents.This paper considers how to carry out the work of managing the education in colleges and universities.The education mode of managing colleges and universities needs to inherit people's dominant position,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,respect students'individuality and common ground,and need people with innovative spirit.
