陶赛特羊与青海欧拉羊杂交羔羊肉用性能分析

摘　　要：利用陶赛特羊对青海欧拉羊进行人工授精技术杂交改良,结果表明:在相同的饲养管理下,杂交一代羔羊不同发育阶段的体重和主要体尺指标均极显著高于青海欧拉羊(p<0.01),陶×欧拉杂交一代4月龄羔羊的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重分别比同龄青海欧拉羊增加11.70、7.23和6.25kg,差异均极显著(p<0.01),屠宰率和净肉率分别比青海欧拉羊提高3.85个百分点和3.34个百分点,差异也极显著(p<0.01)。杂交羔羊比青海欧拉羊平均每只多收入245.4元,经济效益显著。The hybridization goat of Taosaite goat and Oula goat was studied,the results showed that the hybridization goat’s weight were higher than that of Oula goat(p<0.01).The first generation hybridization goat’s weight,carcass weight and net meat weight were higher 11.70、7.23和6.25kg than that of Oula goat.The difference was highly significance(p<0.01).The dressing percentage and net meat percentage of hybridization goat were higher 3.85%and 3.34%.The difference was highly significance(p<0.01).The income of one hybridization goat was 245.4 yuan,the economic benefit was high.
