农业科研试验基地增收节支措施探析——以中国农业科学院廊坊科研中试基地为例

摘　　要：农业科研试验基地建设完成后,试验基地的正常管理和健康运转成为基地的重要工作。受限于大部分试验基地均未落实稳定国拨运行费支持的现状,如何用有限的资金创造更多的社会效益和经济效益是建设单位面临的实际问题。增收节支是农业科研基地保证健康、有序发展的重要手段。本文介绍了中国农业科学院廊坊科研中试基地现状及管理模式,并列举了其在增收节支方面采取的措施,以期为其他农业科研试验基地的可持续发展提供参考。After the construction of the agricultural scientific experiment base is completed,the normal management and healthy operation of the experimental base has become an important work of the base.Limited by the fact that most of the experimental bases have not been supported by the stable national operating costs,how to use the limited funds to create better social benefits and economic benefits is a practical problem faced by the organizers.Increasing income and saving expenditure is an important means for agricultural research bases to ensure healthy and orderly development.The article introduced the status and management mode of the Langfang scientific research pilot base of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and listed measures to increase income and reduce expenditure,in order to provide references for the sustainable development of other agricultural scientific experiment bases.
