摘　　要：本文从“结构制剂学”出发,根据脂质体纳米药物“成分-结构-性质”的密切关系,结合作者的研究工作,简述了脂质体纳米药物的结构表征、主要性质以及相应的研究方法,以期为有的放矢地开展脂质体药物的处方优化和一致性评价提供参考。Based on the concept of“structure pharmaceutics”and the significance of the composition-structure?function relationship in the formulation design and optimization of nanoliposomal drugs,this paper summarizes the major structure and the in vitro/in vivo behavior studies of liposomes.The related characterization methods are also introduced.We expect to provide a reference for the targeted optimization and consistency evaluation of liposome drugs.
