从正虚毒瘀论治恶性肿瘤血液高凝状态

摘　　要：正虚、癌毒、血瘀三因素皆会导致恶性肿瘤血液高凝状态并贯穿整个病程。正虚是恶性肿瘤高凝状态形成的基础;癌毒是恶性肿瘤高凝状态形成的催化因素;血瘀是恶性肿瘤高凝状态形成的必经过程。虚、毒、瘀互相胶结,相互促生。治疗时应综合使用益气养血法、解毒散结法和活血化瘀法,并佐以健脾益胃之法。此外,还需根据疾病在不同时期正虚、癌毒、血瘀三因素的偏重不同,分清三种治法的主次。从正虚毒瘀论治恶性肿瘤血液高凝状态,可扶其正气、散其结聚、破其瘀势,预防其并发症的发生。Three factors,namely,Zheng Qi deficiency,cancer toxin,and Blood stasis,can lead to hypercoagulable state of the malignant tumor throughout the course of the disease.Zheng Qi deficiency is the basis for the formation of hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors;cancer toxin is the catalytic factor for the formation of hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors;blood stasis is the necessary process for the formation of hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors.All of the three work with each other and promote each other.Therefore,at the time of treatment,the method of replenishing Qi and nourishing Blood,detoxifying and dispersing the Blood stasis,and promoting Blood circulation and removing Blood stasis should be combined.In addition,according to the different factors of the disease in different periods of imaginary,the three major treatments should be distinguished and used flexibly.In treatment of malignant tumors from the perspective of Zheng Qi deficiency and Toxin Stasis,the blood hypercoagulability state can be alleviated,by strengthening the ZhengQi,dispersing the agglomerate and breaking the Blood stasis in treatment of hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors and in prevention of the occurrence of complications.
