摘　　要：王俊宏教授概括孤独症谱系障碍基本病机要素为痰、瘀、虚、郁,尤以痰为要。临床基于脏腑辨证理论,突出从脾辨治,采用"三期分治"。初期重在运脾兼顾化痰开窍,使呆滞之脾胃得以运化,培后天生化之源,使气血得充。脾为生痰之源。脾运则痰湿不滞,湿邪从中焦而化,从下焦可出。同时考虑本病患儿常有神经、行为异常,配以开窍之品,豁痰以开窍;中期重在理脾行气兼顾化瘀。若患儿病值中期,经化痰治疗后,尚有痰邪未尽,当调畅气机,以理脾化痰;后期重在调脾补肾,益气养阴,强壮后天脾胃。调脾意在使脾胃更好地行使气机的功能,同时使脾胃纳运水谷协调,阴阳燥湿相济。Professor Wang Junhong sums up the basic pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder as Phlegm,Stasis,Deficiency and Depression,with Phlegm as the most important factor.The clinical practice is carried out based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of Zang and Fu,highlighting the treatment from the Spleen and adopting the "three-stage treatment".In the early stage,the Spleen function should be taken care of,so as to the Qi and Blood can be transported well.The spleen was the source of Phlegm,and when the spleen no longer suffers from Dampness the stagnation would be disappear,from the lower burner.As for the child patients who suffer from this disease,there are often nerves and behavioral abnormalities,together with the drug to remove the Phlegm.In the second step,the job should be regulating Spleen,regulating Qi and removing Stasis.If the child′s disease is in the middle of the process,after the treatment of Phlegm and Blood Stasis,there is still some Phlegm within body.Regulating Qi should be very important.In the later period of the disease,tonifying Spleen and Kidney as well as tonifying Qi and Yin should be done,so as to help with the functions of the Spleen further to achieve the harmony between Yin and Yang as well as the Dryness and the Dampness within body.
