引经入目药菊花在眼类疾病中应用特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨引经入目药菊花在眼类疾病中的应用特点,以期为引经入目药菊花在临床的使用及新处方开发提供理论依据。方法:通过归纳整理药用食用文献记载、现代基础实验及临床研究,以及挖掘主治疾病为眼病的中成药潜在药对组合,利用BATMAN-TCM系统探讨引经入目药菊花的作用机制,总结其在眼类疾病中的应用规律。结果:菊花含黄酮类、挥发油类、有机酸类等多种有效成分,具有食用与药用价值。关联规则分析挖掘出常用药对5个,菊花、熟地黄,菊花、蒺藜,菊花、枸杞子,菊花、甘草,菊花、枸杞子、熟地黄。BATMAN-TCM系统得出在眼类疾病中的作用机制主要涉及血管平滑肌收缩、Rap1信号通路、钙信号通路、神经活性配体-受体相互作用4条信号通路。结论:引经入目药菊花在眼类疾病的临床治疗中占重要地位,未来临床治疗该类疾病时可优先考虑与补虚药熟地黄、枸杞子、甘草等配伍应用。Objective:To investigate the application characteristics of the guiding drug chrysanthemum in treating eye diseases,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use and new prescription development of the introduced chrysanthemum.Methods:Through the induction of medicinal edible literature records,modern basic experiments and clinical research,as well as the exploration of potential drug pairs in the proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of diseases,the BATMAN-TCM system was used to explore the mechanism of action of the guiding drug chrysanthemums and to summarize its application in treatment of eye diseases.Results:Chrysanthemum contains flavonoids,volatile oils,organic acids and other active ingredients,and has edible and medicinal value.Analysis of association rules revealed 5 commonly used medicines,chrysanthemum,rehmannia,chrysanthemum,alfalfa,chrysanthemum,hazelnut,chrysanthemum,licorice,chrysanthemum,medlar,and rehmannia.The BATMAN-TCM system has shown that the mechanism of action in ocular diseases mainly involves four pathways:vascular smooth muscle contraction,Rap1 signaling pathway,calcium signaling pathway,and neuro-active ligand-receptor interaction.Conclusion:The guiding drug chrysanthemums plays an important role in the clinical treatment of ocular diseases.In the future clinical treatment of such diseases,priority should be given to the compatibility of the medicinal herbs such as Rehmannia glutinosa,Fructus Lyciiand Licorice.
