银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液配合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液配合康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者康复疗效的影响。方法:将60例缺血性脑卒中患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组在常规康复训练基础上配合安慰剂,治疗组在常规康复训练基础上应用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液静脉滴注治疗。2周后观察两组的临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、功能独立性测量量表(functional independence measure,FIM)、洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定成套试验记录表(loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment,LOTCA)以及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率66.7%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、FIM评分、LOTCA评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应轻微。结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液配合康复训练可以提高缺血性脑卒中患者的康复疗效,并且安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of ginkgo biloba lactone glucamine injection combined with rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The control group was combined with placebo on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.The treatment group was treated with ginkgo bilobalide lactide injection intravenously on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy and Fugl-Meyer motor function score of the two groups were observed after 2 weeks.Functional Independence Measure(FIM),Loewwenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(LOTCA),and adverse reactions.Results:The effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer motor function score,FIM score and LOTCA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba lactone injection combined with rehabilitation training can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with ischemic stroke,and it is safe and reliable.
