摘  要:使用有机易燃电解液的传统锂离子电池存在着火和爆炸的危险,从安全角度来讲,这是锂离子电池亟需解决的最重要问题。全固体锂离子电池由于使用的是固体电解质,解决了液态电解液的安全问题,至今已经开发出多种类型的固体电解质。硫化物固体电池被认为是最有应用潜质的电池,其原因为硫化物固体电解质具有高的离子传导率、宽的电化学窗口等优异性能。本文主要以硫化物固体电解质中国申请专利检索结果为分析样本,以专利文献视角进行分析,结果表明,硫化物系固体电解质的中国专利申请量保持稳定增长,日本企业和高校在中国专利上的数量及技术发展趋势保持领跑优势。Conventional lithium-ion batteries,which use combustible organic electrolyte solutions,have ignition and explosion risk.Therefore,from a safety perspective,it is the most important problem to be resolved urgently in lithium-ion batteries.All-solid-state lithium batteries utilize solid-state electrolytes to overcome the safety issues of liquid electrolytes.To date,solid electrolytes of various kinds have been investigated.In the all-solid-state batteries with sulfide solid electrolytes,which are very promising because of their superior properties such as high lithium-ion conductivity and wide electrochemical window.This report mainly uses the search result of sulfide solid electrolyte patents as an analysis sample,and comprehensively analyses the Chinese patents from the perspective of patent literature.The results show that the number of sulfide solid electrolyte patent applications has maintained steady growth in China.Japanese companies and universities keep the leading position of quantity and technological tend in Chinese patents.
