复方沙棘籽油栓联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染合并慢性宫颈炎的效果及对患者免疫功能和炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方沙棘籽油栓联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染合并慢性宫颈炎的临床效果及对患者免疫功能和炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月辽宁省铁岭市中心医院收治的人乳头瘤病毒感染合并慢性宫颈炎患者90例为研究对象。完全随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者接受重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,观察组患者接受复方沙棘籽油栓联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗。分析2组患者治疗的临床效果,并检测2组患者治疗前后血清中免疫功能指标及炎性因子水平的变化。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组[93.3%(42/45)比73.3%(33/45)](χ^2=2.183,P<0.001)。治疗结束时及治疗结束后2个月观察组患者白带量减少、白带脓性消失及宫颈糜烂面缩小比例明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后2组CD+3、CD+4及CD+4/CD+8比值水平明显升高、且观察组高于对照组[(0.70±0.13)%比(0.58±0.14)%、(0.45±0.08)%比(0.39±0.08)%、(1.58±0.38)比(1.29±0.65)],CD+8、白细胞介素1β、白细胞介素2水平明显降低、且观察组低于对照组[(0.287±0.076)%比(0.303±0.050)%、(26±5)ng/L比(34±7)ng/L、(36±6)ng/L比(49±7)ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论复方沙棘籽油栓联合重组人干扰素α2b栓能有效治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染合并慢性宫颈炎患者,并能改善患者免疫功能、降低炎性因子水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository combined with recombinant human interferon-α2b suppository on patients with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection complicated with chronic cervicitis and the effect on immune function and inflammatory factors.Methods Ninety patients with HPV infection and chronic cervicitis admitted to Tieling Central Hospital,Liaoning Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon-α2b suppository.The observation group was treated with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository plus recombinant human interferon-α2b suppository.Clinical effect,levels of serum immune function indexes and inflammatory factors were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[93.3%(42/45)vs 73.3%(33/45)](χ^2=2.183,P<0.001).At the end of treatment and 2 months after treatment,rates of leucorrhea reduction,purulent leucorrhea disappearance and cervical erosion reduction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Levels of CD+3,CD+4 and CD+4/CD+8 significantly increased after treatment in both groups and they were higher in observation group than those in control group[(0.70±0.13)%vs(0.58±0.14)%,(0.45±0.08)%vs(0.39±0.08)%,(1.58±0.38)vs(1.29±0.65)];levels of CD+8,interleukin-1βand interleukin-2 significantly decreased after treatment and they were lower in observation group than those in control group[(0.287±0.076)%vs(0.303±0.050)%,(26±5)ng/L vs(34±7)ng/L,(36±6)ng/L vs(49±7)ng/L](all P<0.05).Conclusion Compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository combined with recombinant human interferon-α2b suppository treating HPV infection complicated with chronic cervicitis can effectively improve immune function and reduce inflammatory factors.
