摘 要:为研究黄河三角洲地区盐碱地种植苜蓿对肉兔生产、屠宰性能及肉品品质的影响,选用60只体重相近、健康状况良好的断奶伊拉肉兔为试验动物,随机分为3组,分别以盐碱地种植苜蓿、常规苜蓿和花生秧作为日粮中草粉来源,配制颗粒饲料。预饲期7 d,正式饲养40 d。结果表明:盐碱地苜蓿组肉兔生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品品质与其他两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明通过合理设计日粮配方,科学的饲养管理技术,盐碱地种植苜蓿可代替普通苜蓿、普通花生秧,作为饲料中草粉原料饲喂肉兔。In order to study the effects of alfalfa grown on salt-alkaline soil in Yellow River Delta saline-alkali land on the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of IRA rabbits,60 weaned rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups,animals in each group were fed 3 experimental diets containing different grass meals namely alfalfa grown in Yellow River Delta saline-alkali soil,ordinary alfalfa and peanut seedlings,respectively.There were a 7 days of preliminary feeding and 40 days experimental periods.The results showed that grown performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of saline-alkaline alfalfa group were not significantly different from those of the other two groups(P>0.05).The results indicated that through reasonable design of diet formula and scientific feeding management technology,alfalfa;saline alkali soil could replace ordinary alfalfa and peanut seedlings as raw material of feed powder.
