“小醒脑开窍”针刺法联合“韦氏”整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析“小醒脑开窍”针刺法联合“韦氏”整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法收集西安市中医医院脊柱科60例颈性眩晕患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用“小醒脑开窍”针刺法和“韦氏”整脊手法治疗,对照组采用传统针刺疗法和“韦氏”整脊手法治疗。两组疗程均为10天,观察临床疗效,比较颈性眩晕症状与功能评分、椎-基底动脉平均血流速的变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%;两组临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组治疗后椎-基底动脉平均血流速均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组椎-基底动脉平均血流速均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“小醒脑开窍”针刺法联合“韦氏”整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效良好,可显著改善患者的眩晕症状。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of "Xiao Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture combined with "Wei’s" chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods Sixty patients with cervical vertigo in the Department of Spine, Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with "Xiao Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture and "Wei’s" chiropractic manipulation. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture and "Wei’s" chiropractic manipulation. The course of treatment was 10 days in both groups. The clinical efficacy was observed. The changes of symptom and function scores in cervical vertigo and mean vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity were compared. Results ①The total effective rate was 96.7% and 80.0% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). ②After treatment, the symptom and function scores in cervical vertigo were increased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). The symptom and function scores in cervical vertigo were higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). ③After treatment, the mean vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity was increased in both groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). The mean vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity was higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion "Xiao Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture combined with "Wei’s" chiropractic manipulation shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical vertigo, and can significantly improve the patient’s vertigo symptoms.
