摘 要:目的对紫朱软膏中的总汞进行含量测定研究,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供依据。方法将样品经微波消解后,采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定紫朱软膏中的总汞的含量。结果建立的总汞测定方法线性关系为Y=0.001 8X+0.000 3,相关系数为0.999 9,加样回收率为92.02%~105.84%;测得紫朱软膏中总汞平均含量为3.13%,RSD为2.70%。结论本法为制定紫朱软膏的质量标准提供了切实可靠的依据。Objective To study the content determination of total mercury in Zizhu Ointment and facilitate the establishment of effective quality control methods. Methods After microwave digestion of samples, the content of total mercury in Zizhu Ointment was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). Results The linear relationship of the established method was y=0.001 8x+0.000 3, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, and the recovery rate was 92.02%-105.84%. The average content of total mercury in Zizhu Ointment was 3.13% with RSD of 2.70%. Conclusion This method provides a practical and reliable basis for formulation of the quality standards of Zizhu Ointment.
