摘　　要：根据肾藏精,主生殖,主骨、生髓和肝肾精血同源的特性,补肾法在妇科疾病、骨科疾病、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、慢性肝病中应用广泛,并取效满意。需要指出的是,补肾法作为一个治疗法则,在临床的具体应用过程中,尚应分清肾阴、肾阳和肾精、肾气,更需注重肾与其他脏腑的关系,临证中灵活辨证。同时,具体应用中还需结合具体病证,在补肾同时进行灵活加减。According to the characteristics of kidney storing essence,charging reproduction and bone,generating marrow,and the fact that the liver and the kidney and essence and blood are of the same source kidney-tonifying therapy is widely used in gynecological diseases,orthopaedic diseases,respiratory diseases,urinary diseases and chronic liver diseases with satisfactory results.It should be pointed out that,as a therapeutic principle,the kidney-tonifying therapy should distinguish kidney-yin,kidney-yang,kidney essence and kidney-qi,pay more attention to the relationship between the kidney and other organs,and differentiate differentiations flexibly in clinical practice.At the same time,the specific application also needs to be combined with specific diseases,and flexible addition and subtraction at the same time in tonifying the kidney.
