摘　　要：蒋莉教授对排卵障碍性不孕症的治疗创立了补肾行气活血通经以"备孕"、补肾养血滋阴助阳以"育卵"、补肾养血调气活络以"促排"、补肾养血益气助阳以"助孕"的序贯疗法,并在此基础上采用辨病与辨证相结合,把现代医学理化检查结果作为四诊的延伸,纳入辨证施治的范畴。蒋教授强调补肾调周,分期论治,衷中参西,优势互补,辨证使用中成药,注重预防调摄,以促进阴阳消长转化,为孕育创造条件。In terms of treating infertility due to ovulation disorder,Professor Jiang Li has created the sequential therapy:Nourishing kidney and moving qi and promoting blood circulation and dredging menstruation for "preparing pregnancy",nourishing kidney and blood and yin and promoting yang to "nourish eggs",nourishing kidney and blood and regulating qi and dredging meridians for "ovulation promotion",nourishing kidney and blood and qi and promoting yang to "help pregnancy".On this basis,Professor Jiang uses the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and regards the results of modern medical physical and chemical examination as an extension of the four diagnoses,and brings them into the category of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor Jiang emphasizes tonifying and regulating the kidney weekly by stages,uses integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,complements each other′s strengths,uses Chinese patent medicines according to syndrome differentiation,and pays attention to prevention and regulation,so as to promote the transformation of yin and yang,and create conditions for pregnancy.
