刘万里运用调理脾肺法治疗肠道疾病

摘　　要：刘万里教授认为"脾失健运,肺失宣降"是溃疡性结肠炎、腹泻型肠易激综合征、慢性腹泻等肠道疾病的基本病机,提出调理脾肺法论治肠道疾病的学术观点。刘老师以抑肝扶脾,宣肺化湿为主治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征;以补益脾肺,清热固肠为主治疗溃疡性结肠炎;以培土生金,渗湿止泻为主治疗慢性腹泻;以清肺运脾,利水化湿为主治疗肠道息肉。Professor Liu Wan-li believes that "spleen dysfunction and impairment of ascending and descending function of the lung" are the basic pathogenesis of intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis,diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and chronic diarrhea.He puts forward the academic viewpoint of regulating the spleen and lung to treat intestinal diseases.Professor Liu treats diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome mainly by inhibiting the liver and activating the spleen,dispersing lung and removing dampness.In terms of ulcerative colitis,he treats it mainly by nourishing spleen and lung,clearing heat and fixing intestine.In terms of chronic diarrhea,he treats it mainly by strengthening the lung(metal) by reinforcing the spleen(earth).In terms of intestinal polyps,he treats it mainly by clearing the lung,activating the spleen,promoting diuresis and removing dampness.
