通络浴足方熏洗联合α-硫辛酸、依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变33例

摘　　要：目的:观察通络浴足方熏洗联合α-硫辛酸、依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将65例DPN患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组32例和治疗组33例。对照组给予α-硫辛酸和依帕司他胶囊,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合通络浴足方。比较两组患者TCSS评分、运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SCV)及波幅(amplitude,AMP)。结果:两组患者治疗后TSCC评分低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组神经症状评分改善低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后正中、腓总神经MCV及AMP均高于治疗前,对照组腓总神经MCV高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后AMP与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后MCV及AMP高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者正中神经及腓总神经SCV及AMP高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络浴足方熏洗联合α-硫辛酸、依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能够减轻患者临床症状,改善病变神经传导速度,有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongluo Yuzu Prescription(TLYUP) in combination with α-Lipoic Acid and Epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 65 DPN patients were randomly divided into the control group with 32 cases and the treatment group with 33 cases.The control group was given α-Lipoic Acid and Epalrestat Capsules,while the treatment group was additionally given TLYUP on the basis of the control group.TCSS score,motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) and amplitude(AMP) and other indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The TSCC score of the two groups after the treatment was lower than that before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of neurological symptoms score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the MCV and AMP of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the treatment group were higher than those before the treatment,and the MCV of common peroneal nerve in the control group was higher than that before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in AMP between before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After the treatment,the MCV and AMP in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SCV and AMP of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TLYUP in combination withα-Lipoic Acid and Epalrestat has a remarkable efficacy on DPN,can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the nerve conduction velocity of lesions.
