血竭蜈蚣油贴膜贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔50例

摘　　要：目的:观察血竭蜈蚣油贴膜贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者的临床疗效。方法:将100例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予阿奇霉素分散片口服及呋麻液滴鼻液滴鼻,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予浸有血竭蜈蚣油的贴膜进行鼓膜贴补治疗。比较两组患者的鼓膜愈合情况及听力恢复情况。结果:治疗组鼓膜完全愈合41例,对照组鼓膜完全愈合30例,两组完全愈合患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组有效率为94.0%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组听力有效率为70.0%,治疗组听力有效率为94.0%,两组患者听力有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血竭蜈蚣油贴膜贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔,不仅能促进患者鼓膜的生长和愈合,还能促进听力的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of dragon′s blood centipede oil patch on traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods:A total of 100 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin Dispersible Tablets orally and Furosemide Nasal Drops Nasal Drops.The treatment group was given tympanic membrane patching treatment on the basis of the control group with dragon′s centipede oil.The tympanic membrane healing and hearing recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 41 cases of complete healing of tympanic membrane in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The effective rate was 70.0%in the control group and 94.0%in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The effective rate of hearing in the control group was 70.0%,while that in the treatment group was 94.0%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Dragon′s blood centipede oil patch has a remarkable efficacy on traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane,can not only promote the growth and healing of tympanic membrane,but also enhance the recovery of hearing.
