益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风33例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效。方法:将66例缺血性脑中风患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各33例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合自拟益气活血通络汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后生活质量(quality of Life,QOL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national instiute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分。检测两组患者治疗前后炎性因子水平及血液流变学指标。结果:两组患者治疗后QOL评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后炎性因子水平及血液流变学指标均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为75.76%,治疗组有效率为90.91%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风,可改善患者的临床症状、炎性因子水平及血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-Made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(YQHXTLD)on ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 66 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was combined with Self-Made YQHXTLD on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies,quality of life(QOL)scores and stroke scale(NIHSS)scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes were measured before and after the treatment in both groups.Results:The QOL score of the two groups after the treatment was higher than that before the treatment in the same group,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.The NIHSS score of the two groups after the treatment was lower than that before treatment in the same group,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 75.76%in the control group and 90.91% in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-Made YQHXTLD has a remarkable efficacy on ischemic stroke,can improve clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes of patients.
