针刺治疗中风后失语症临床研究进展

摘　　要：中风后失语症的针刺治疗方法主要有:头针疗法、舌针疗法、体针疗法、电针疗法、联合针刺疗法等。目前,中医对中风后失语症的证型分类和诊断没有统一标准,不能根据各型失语的特点制定有针对性的针灸治疗方案,缺乏对针灸治疗中风后失语症的作用机制的研究,因此,在今后的临床治疗及研究中应积极运用辨证论治理论,制定有针对性的治疗方案,增强治疗效果,提高患者生存质量。Acupuncture therapies of treating post-stroke aphasia mainly include scalp acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,body acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and combined acupuncture.At present,there is no unified standard for the classification and diagnosis of syndromes of post-stroke aphasia in TCM.It is impossible to formulate targeted acupuncture and moxibustion treatment programs according to the characteristics of various types of aphasia.There is lack of research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.Therefore,in the future clinical treatment and research,we should actively use the theory of syndrome differentiation to formulate targeted treatment programs,enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
