摘 要:为方便机械砌筑,实现建筑工业化,砌块间采用互锁结构相互扣合以取代竖向灰缝。通过对24个互锁加气混凝土砌块砌体的沿齿缝弯曲抗拉性能试验,分析了互锁加气混凝土砌块砌体的破坏过程和特征、破坏荷载及弯曲抗拉强度。研究结果表明,互锁加气混凝土砌块砌体的沿齿缝弯曲抗拉强度平均值与GB 50003—2011《砌体结构设计规范》中平均值的计算值基本一致,经数理统计分析其标准值与设计值均高于规范标准值与设计值,砌块的几何互锁结构提高了互锁加气混凝土砌块砌体的抗弯力学性能。In order to facilitate the masonry of building wall by machine and realize the building industrialization,the blocks are designed to interlocking structure to replace the vertical mortar joints.By the bending tensile test on dentiform of 24 interlocking aerated concrete block masonry,the failure process,failure characteristics,failure load and bending tensile strength of interlocking aerated concrete block masonry are analyzed.The results show that the average value of the bending tensile strength of the interlocking aerated concrete block masonry is basically the same as the calculated value of the average value of the formula of“Code for design of masonry structures”(GB 50003—2011).After mathematical statistics analysis,the standard value and design value of the interlocking aerated concrete block masonry are higher than the theoretical standard value and design value.The geometric interlocking structure of the block improves the bending tensile mechanical properties of the interlocking aerated concrete block masonry.
