造纸白泥烧结页岩砖的泛霜及石灰爆裂试验研究

摘　　要：利用造纸白泥含量为20%的造纸白泥烧结页岩砖进行泛霜及石灰爆裂试验。将原料以不同处理方式与是否充分搅拌为影响因素,研究其对石灰爆裂程度的影响,并与普通烧结页岩砖进行比对。结果表明,该新型墙材在泛霜和石灰爆裂方面比普通烧结页岩砖严重一些,但均符合GB 5101—2003《烧结普通砖》要求。Frosting and lime burst tests were carried out on sintered shale brick with white clay content of 20%in papermaking.In this paper,the effects of different treatment methods and sufficient stirring on the lime bursting degree of the raw material were studied,and compared with the lime bursting degree of ordinary sintered shale brick.After comparing the test data with the national standard GB 5101—2003"Fired common bricks",it is concluded that this kind of new wall material is more serious than ordinary sintered shale brick in the aspect of frosting and lime bursting.However,all of them are within the allowable range of the national standard.
