摘 要:依托兰州西至中川机场铁路路基水泥搅拌桩加固饱和黄土地基工程,通过室内试验分析了采用水泥与粉煤灰为固化剂的搅拌饱和黄土在不同养护温度下的强度特性。结果表明,常温养护条件下,水泥粉煤灰搅拌饱和黄土强度随着固化剂掺量的增加而提高;强度存在龄期效应,养护龄期达90 d时,水泥土强度增长并未收敛;低温养护时,随着固化剂掺量的增加,水泥土强度相应提高,但强度及其增长速率明显小于常温养护条件下;基于低温养护使水泥土强度有较大损失,且再次进行常温养护时强度损失不能完全恢复,建议在冬季低温条件下不宜进行水泥土搅拌桩的施工。Based on the saturated loess ground reinforced with cement mixing piles project in railway from Lanzhouxi railway station to Zhongchuan airport,the strength characteristics of cement and fly ash stabilized saturated loess under different curing temperature are tested in laboratory.The results show that under normal temperature,the strength of cement and fly ash stabilized saturated loess increases with mixing ratio.There is an age effect on the strength of cement and fly ash stabilized saturated loess,even after 90 d age the strength still increases with age;Under low temperature,the strength increases with mixing ratio,the increasing speed under low temperature is obvious less than that under normal temperature;because low curing temperature will result in strength loss of cement stabilized soil which can not complete recovery later even under normal curing temperature,in winter it is not suitable for cement mixing piles construction.
