摘 要:通过正交试验,研究了水灰比、陶砂、粉煤灰、矿粉对混凝土28 d标养抗压强度、28 d海水干湿循环抗压强度、28 d标养试件电通量、28 d海水干湿循环养护试件电通量的影响。结果表明,随水灰比的降低,混凝土强度提高,抗氯离子渗透性逐渐提高;随粉煤灰、陶砂掺量的增加,混凝土强度逐渐降低,抗氯离子渗透性能先增强后降低;随矿粉掺量的增加,强度几乎无变化,但抗氯离子渗透性能逐渐增强。经JMP软件预测刻画器分析,分别得到C40、C50、C60最优配比,试验验证表明,该最优配比与理论值接近,符合强度和耐久性要求。Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of water cement ratio,pottery sand,fly ash and ore powder on the concrete 28 d standard curing compressive strength,28 d seawater dry and wet cycle curing compressive strength,28 d standard support sample electric flux and 28 d seawater dry and wet cycle curing sample electric flux were studied. The results show that with the decrease of water ash ratio,the strength of concrete increases and the permeability of chloride ions increases gradually. With the increase of fly ash and clay sand,the strength of concrete components is reduced,and the permeability of chloride ions is enhanced first and then reduced. With the increase of the amount of ore powder,the strength is almost unchanged,but the anti-chloride ion osmotic ability is gradually enhanced. After the JMP software forecast engraver analysis,the optimal ratios of C40,C50 and C60 were obtained respectively. The experimental results show that the optimal ratio is close to the theoretical value and meet the re-quirements of durability and strength.
