摘 要:[目的]系统评价运动训练对老年人跌倒和因跌倒受伤的预防效果。[方法]在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)、中国期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方、Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase等数据库中检索相关文献。按照排除和纳入标准筛选相关的随机对照试验,进行文献质量评价,并采用RevmMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。[结果]纳入13篇随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,运动训练是跌倒的保护因素,合并效应具有统计学意义[RR=0.73,95%CI(0.67~0.80),P<0.000 01;运动锻炼对于跌倒的受伤保护效应明显,合并效应具有统计学意义[RR=0.75,95%CI(0.66~0.84),P<0.000 01]。[结论]运动训练能够降低老年人跌倒和因跌倒受伤的发生率,应重视对老年人群的运动锻炼,从而减少跌倒和因跌倒受伤的发生。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of exercise program on fall and fall related injury in the elderly.Methods:Randomized clinical trials that assessed the association between exercise program and fall were retrieved from CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Cochrane,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase Database.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,relevant trials were screened.After quality assessment,RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the data included in these studies.Results:A total of 13 RCTs were included.Meta-analysis results showed that exercise training was a protective factor for falls,and the combined effect was statistically significant[RR=0.73,95% CI(0.67~0.80),P<0.000 01].Exercise training had a significant protective effect on falls led injury,and the combined effect was statistically significant[RR=0.75,95% CI(0.66~0.84),P<0.000 01].Conclusions:Exercise training could effectively prevent falls and fall-related injury in elderly.In order to prevent falls and fall-related injury,exercise training should be stressed among elderly.
