摘  要:把固定化漆酶和Co(salen)/NaY两种催化剂应用于一锅法组合催化转化木素。通过正交和单因素实验对膨润土固定化漆酶和Co(salen)/NaY催化转化木素的工艺进行探讨,结果显示,两种催化剂组合催化效果比不加催化剂或单独催化好,组合催化最佳工艺为:木素用量100 mg,催化剂比例1∶4,反应时间3 h,H2O2用量4mL,催化剂总用量8 mg,pH8.5。通过GC-MS技术对芳香类木素降解产物进行表征,结果显示,芳香类木素降解产物主要为香草醛,其他为丁香醛、2-甲氧基苯酚、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酮、4-羟基苯甲醛、4-乙酰氧基苯甲醛、2,6-二甲氧基苯酚、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸、2-羟基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮、1,2-二苯乙烯。一锅法组合催化显著增强了香草醛的产生。The transformation of lignin using immobilized laccase/Co(salen)/NaY catalysts in one-pot was studied.The process of lignin conversion with immobilized laccase/Co(salen)/NaY by orthogonal and single factor experiment were mainly investigated.The results showed that the catalytic effect of the combination of two catalysts was better than that without catalyst and alone.The optimal condition was found as follows:100 mg mass of lignin,1∶4 catalyst ratio,3 h reaction time,4 mL dosage of H2O2,8 mg total amount of catalyst,8.5 pH.In addition,the aromatic degradation products of lignin were characterized by GC-MS technique,and the results showed that vanillin was the most abundant compound among the analysed aromatic degradation products of lignin.The formation of syringaldehyde,2-methoxy phenol,4-hydroxy-3-methoxy acetophenone,4-hydroxy benzaldehyde,4-acetoxyl benzaldehyde,2,6-dimethoxy phenol,4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy benzoic acid,2-hydroxy-6-methoxy acetophenone,1,2-diphenylethene was also found in this work.The yield of vanillin was significantly enhanced by the combined catalysis in one-pot.
