摘 要:利用氢氧化钠-尿素-氧化锌-水体系处理漂白甘蔗渣化学浆成纸以制备湿强纸,通过氢氧化钠质量分数、处理温度、处理时间和洗涤时间的单因素试验探究最佳工艺流程。结果表明,氢氧化钠质量分数6%、处理温度-10℃、处理时间8 min、洗涤时间10 min的条件下,制得成纸的强度性能最好,同时和原纸相比,制得纸张的结晶区结构没有明显变化,但纸张表面形态变化明显。The paper made from the bleached chemical pulp of bagasse was treated in the NaOH-urea-ZnO-H2O system to prepare wet-strength paper and the effects of the mass ratio of NaOH,the treating temperature,the treating time and the washing time were evaluated through single factor tests.The optimal conditions were determined as the NaOH mass ratio of 6%,treating temperature of-10℃,treating time of 12 min,and washing time of 10 min,and under these conditions,the optimum dry and wet strength could be obtained for the treated paper.Besides,compared with those of the body paper,there were no remarkable variation in the structure of the crystalline region;however,the variation in the paper surface morphology was much more significant.
