摘 要:以原生纸浆为原料,通过浆内添加各类助剂,制备了具有防掉屑性能的纸浆模塑试样。通过耐磨性及层间结合强度测试,结果表明添加助剂后试样耐磨性可达3圈、层间结合强度可达283 J/m2,较未添加助剂时均有大幅提高。利用SEM、FT-IR和TGA对其进行表征,分析了助剂添加后纸模制品的微观形态、结构及热重特性。A pulp molded sample with anti-falling properties was prepared by using raw pulp as raw material and adding various additives in the slurry.Through the test of wear resistance and interlayer bonding strength,the results show that the wear resistance can reach 3 times and the bond strength between layers can reach 283 J/m2 after adding additives,which is significantly higher than that without additives.The SEM,FT-IR and TGA was used to characterize the microstructure,structure and thermo-gravimetric curve of the pulp molded products.
