摘  要:中红外激光器功率的不断提高使得传统红外成像制导武器临着前所未有的激光威胁。较高能量的激光会使导引头光机系统内部产生杂散光,从而干扰导引头正常工作。为增强当前红外成像导引头内部核心器件探测器的抗激光干扰和损伤能力,本文采用新型高吸收型陶瓷涂层材料增加导引头光机系统对杂散光的吸收能力,针对高吸收型陶瓷涂层和磨砂玻璃两种漫反射材料,通过等效实验对比了不同入射激光功率对红外探测器的干扰效果。研究结果表明:采用普通漫反射材料时,探测器在功率密度101.3 mW/cm^2处达到饱和;而采用高吸收型陶瓷涂层材料后,入射激光在探测器像面上的饱和功率密度阈值增大到784.5 mW/cm^2,其抗激光干扰能力相比于普通漫反射材料提高了近8倍。本文研究结果证明了采用高吸收型陶瓷涂层材料有助于增加红外成像导引头内部光机结构的消杂散光能力,能够有效提升现役导引头抗激光干扰能力,延长红外制导武器的战场生存周期。Traditional infrared imaging guided weapons are facing an unprecedented threat from laser interference because of the continuous increase in mid-wave infrared laser power.Higher energy lasers cause stray light to enter into the optical-mechanical system of the seeker,which disturbs its normal operation.To enhance the anti-laser disturbance and damage abilities of the detector,which is the core device of the infrared imaging seeker,in this study,a new high-absorption ceramic coating material is used to increase the stray light absorption ability of the optical-mechanical system of the seeker.The interference effects of incident laser beams of various powers on infrared detectors coated with high-absorption ceramic coatings and common diffuse reflective materials(ground glass)are compared by performing equivalent experiments.The results show that the detector saturates at a power density of 101.3 mW/cm^2 when using common diffuse reflector materials.Furthermore,the saturated power density threshold of the detector image plane reaches 784.5 mW/cm^2 when the high-absorption ceramic coating material is used.Compared with the case in which ordinary diffuse reflective materials were used,the anti-laser interference ability has improved by approximately 8 times.The results of this study have proved that the use of high-absorption ceramic coating helps strengthen the stray light elimination ability of the optical-mechanical structure in the infrared imaging seeker,effectively enhancing the anti-laser disturbing ability of the active seeker and thereby extending the life cycle of infrared-guided weapons in the battlefield.
