摘 要:对比研究了A/O和A/O复合生物膜工艺处理石油炼化废水的效能,并对其微生物群落结构进行了分析。结果表明,A/O复合生物膜工艺对废水中COD、NH4+-N和TN的去除率分别为99%、95.5%和94.5%,高于A/O工艺的95%、80%和79%。投加填料提高了污泥VSS/TSS值和SVI值,同时促进了系统石油降解菌(缺氧池:Xanthomonas、Clostridium、Anaerolinea和Alcaligenes;好氧池:Clostridium、Pseudomonas和Comamonas)和硝化反硝化菌(缺氧池:Enterobacter、Zoogloea和Hyphomicrobium;好氧池:Nitrospira、Pseudomonas和Burkholderia)的富集。A comparative study on the treatment of petroleum refining wastewater using A/O process and combination of A/O and biofilm process,was performed to investigate their performance and microbial community.The results showed that combination of A/O and biofilm process could remove 99%of COD,95.5%of NH4+-N and 94.5%of TN,higher than those in A/O process(95%,80%and 79%).The addition of biofilm carriers improved the ratio of VSS and TSS,and SVI value.The presence of biofilm carriers also stimulated the enrichment of petroleum degrading bacterium(anoxic tank:Xanthomonas,Clostridium,Anaerolinea and Alcaligenes;aerobic tank:Clostridium,Pseudomonas and Comamonas)and nitrifying/denitrifying bacteria(anoxic tank for denitrifying bacteria:Enterobacter,Zoogloea and Hyphomicrobium;aerobic tank for nitrifying bacteria:Nitrospira,Pseudomonas and Burkholderia).
