摘 要:为了提高复杂型面/型腔零件电解加工的精度和质量,开展了可实现直线和旋转复合进给运动的卧式电解加工机床的优化设计工作。使用UG软件对卧式机床进行三维建模,并将简化后的机床模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中进行静力学分析,依据变形分布云图和应力分布云图分析机床结构刚度;对运动台结构进行模态分析,确定前6阶固有频率和振型,并采用变密度拓扑优化方法进行优化设计;最后,在考虑结构工艺性的基础上进行了结构再设计,实现了机床的轻量化设计目标。所研制出的电解加工机床具有足够的刚度和稳定性,可以满足实际加工的要求。研究结果对电解加工机床的设计应用具有一定的参考价值。In order to improve the precision and quality of electrochemical machining of complex surface/cavity parts,the design of horizontal electrochemical machine tool which can realize the compound feeding motion of straight line and rotation is carried out.In this paper,UG software is used to build three-dimensional model of horizontal machine tool,and the simplified model is imported into ANSYS Workbench software for static analysis.The structural stiffness of the machine tool is analyzed based on deformation and stress distribution nephograms.The first six natural frequencies and modes of motion platform are determined by modal analysis,and the optimal design is carried out by using the variable density topology optimization method.Finally,the design is redesigned on the basis of considering the technological characteristics of the structure,and the lightweight design goal of the machine tool is achieved.The developed electrochemical machining machine has sufficient stiffness and stability,which can satisfy the requirements of actual machining.The research results have certain reference value to the design and application of electrochemical machining tool.
