高频超声在先天性小肠闭锁中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨小肠闭锁超声图像特点及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析49例经手术证实为先天性小肠闭锁患儿的超声表现。结果49例小肠闭锁患儿中,十二指肠闭锁11例,超声定位诊断符合率100%;定性诊断符合率90.9%。空回肠闭锁38例,超声定位诊断符合率为86.8%,定性诊断率78.9%;合并胎粪性腹膜炎11例,超声诊断符合率81.8%。结论高频超声不仅可以诊断小肠闭锁,同时可以提示合并的并发症,为手术方式的选择及术后评估提供重要信息。Objective To assess the diagnostic values of sonographic in congenital small intestinal atresia.Methods A total of 49 patients with congenital small intestinal atresia proved by surgeries were enrolled;the preoperative ultrasonic manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 49 cases,11 cases were duodenal atresia,with an ultrasonic positioning diagnosis compliance rate of 100%and a qualitative diagnosis compliance rate of 90.9%;38 cases were jejunal ileal atresia,with an ultrasonic positioning diagnosis compliance rate of 86.8%and a qualitative diagnosis compliance rate of 78.9%;11 cases were meconium peritonitis,with an ultrasonic diagnosis compliance rate of 81.8%.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound,which can not only diagnose small intestinal atresia,but also can hint complications,has important guiding value in the choice of surgical approach and postoperative evaluation.
