摘  要:目的探讨64排CT对于诊断肠壁缺血性病变的诊断价值及临床作用。方法选取本院收治过的100例肠壁缺血性病变的患者,所有肠壁缺血性病变患者的收取时间(2016年2月1日~2017年2月10日),电脑随机分为两组,观察组一组(50例肠壁缺血性病变患者)、对照组一组(50例肠壁缺血性病变患者),分别进行64排CT扫描诊断以及普通常规CT扫描诊断,将扫描后的两组肠壁缺血性病变患者的诊断价值进行对比。结果观察组肠壁缺血性病变患者的检出率92.00%,高于对照组患者检出率70.00%(P<0.05);观察组肠壁缺血性病变患者误诊率为4.00%,漏诊率为4.00%,和对照组具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论使用64排CT对肠壁缺血性病变的诊断,取得了明显效果。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical effect of 64 detector row CT in diagnosis of intestinal wall ischemia.Methods 100 cases of intestinal wall ischemic disease in our hospital were selected in our hospital(February 1,2016 February 10,2017).The patients were randomly divided into a group of observation group(50 cases of intestinal wall ischemic disease)and a control group(50 cases of intestinal wall ischemic disease),and the 64-row of CT was carried out respectively.The diagnostic value of two groups of patients with intestinal wall ischemia was compared with conventional CT diagnosis.Results The detection rate of the intestinal wall ischemic lesion in the observation group was 92%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the misdiagnosis rate of 4%and the missed diagnosis rate in the observation group were 4%and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The 64 row CT diagnosis of the patients with intestinal wall ischemic disease has remarkable effect.It has good clinical effect and high diagnostic value.It is worthy of further popularization and application.
